Refund Policy
All items purchased from Hustle and Soul Clothing are FINAL SALE. Due to the specific customization of your order, we do not accept returns. We do not issue refunds.
If there is a problem with your order (and the item is a size we are able to resell we will discuss how to exchange your item. However you must cover the cost of shipping both ways)
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday 9 am- 5 pm EST, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received on weekdays after 5 pm EST, or on weekends will begin processing on the next business day. Shipping times may vary since all of our items are handmade to order. All items take 1-3 weeks from date of purchase to create and ship. If you need any item by a specific date, please email hustleandsoulclothing@gmail.com prior to purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Hustle and Soul Clothing ships all orders with the United States Postal Service (USPS) or with Federal Express (FEDEX). When a package leaves our store, we are no longer liable for any lost or stolen packages, damages to packages or items or delivery delays for any reason. Reasons may include natural disasters, postal strikes, etc... We will provide you with USPS or FEDEX tracking number upon request so you may follow its progress on its way to you. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
